* A certificate is issued to the tenant and the landlord (upon payment)
* Prices start at £46.66 + VAT for the first appliance.
* 2nd appliances from only £20.42 + VAT
* Supply and installation of heating and cooking equipment at competitive trade prices
* Swift repairs for landlords and property services
* Service at the same time as the LGSI £27.08 + VAT
* Discount for 10 or more properties booked at the same time
(A Back boiler & fire front is counted as two appliances
And is charged at £63.83 + VAT)
